Upon your first visit, anticipate a thorough exam assessing your areas of concern along with your health history.  A referral for  X-rays may be recommended out of necessity in order to accurately diagnose your current condition. A course of treatment will then be recommended that may consist of chiropractic adjustments, therapies, and rehabilitation. You can find our printable patient forms on the patient/insurance forms page of our website, and our staff is more than willing to answer any question of concern prior to you visiting our office.
